Mr. Layne and staff listened to what I was explaining about the noise my vehicle was making. After taking a short drive their expertise knew what the issue was, and they were able to complete the repair the same day. Wonderful not hearing that weird noise. Thank you all.

Had a major repair on my Subaru. Lorenzo was up front about how expensive it would be and helped me decide if it was worth doing. I appreciated him looking out for the best interest of his customers instead of just trying to drum up business. He even offered to give me his beans and potatoes recipe since we'll need to make budget cuts to pay for it. :)
