Had a major repair on my Subaru. Lorenzo was up front about how expensive it would be and helped me decide if it was worth doing. I appreciated him looking out for the best interest of his customers instead of just trying to drum up business. He even offered to give me his beans and potatoes recipe since we'll need to make budget cuts to pay for it. :)
